If I do not have the hat in stock, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available. I have additional photos of most of these hats, so if you need to see more detail, just send an e-mail to marion@emilyway.com. I'll be happy to send them to you.

International Shipments:At this time, I am not able to ship to some countries. International buyers need to e-mail shipping address to to customerservice@emilyway.com and obtain shipping charges prior to purchase. Payment for International orders must be made via PayPal.

Return Policy: I must be notified with in 72 hrs if there is any damage to any hat or item due to shipping . Any other reasons I must be notified with in 5 days for return instructions . All returns are for full refund of item purchased, minus shipping charges. All hats and items must be in condition received with original tags still attached and not worn.
